Return Policy

At Living Learned, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In the original packaging (if possible)
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized products

3. How to Start a Return

To begin your return, email us at info@living-learned.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll send you a free prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Please do not ship returns without contacting us first.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? We’re happy to help.

To exchange an item:

  1. Contact us to confirm availability of the item you want.
  2. We’ll provide a prepaid label for the return.
  3. Once the original item is received, we’ll ship the new one at no extra charge.

If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll offer a full refund or store credit—your choice.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Then contact your bank or payment provider—it may take time before your refund officially posts
  • Still no luck? Reach out to us at info@living-learned.com and we’ll help sort it out
